Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a service or a gift voucher online from Claire VH Interiors (ABN 88 575 006 525), Northern Beaches, Sydney NSW (“we”, “us”). Once your project starts, it is also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Engagement, sent to you with your Welcome Guide and Fee Proposal.

1. Our services and prices

1. Our services are described on clairevhinteriors.com and in our Welcome Guide.
2. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Claire VH Interiors is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the prices shown are final.
3. Decorating & Styling is delivered online, anywhere in Australia and in France. In-person services are available in Sydney and NSW.

2. Payment

1. Online purchases are paid in full at checkout by card, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
2. Your payment confirms your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

3. Black Friday offer 2026

1. 20% off every room of our Decorating & Styling service, from $400 AUD (dining room) instead of $500 AUD.
2. Available from Friday 27 November 2026, 12:00am to Monday 30 November 2026, 11:59pm (AEDT), or until all 10 spots are taken, whichever comes first.
3. One spot = one purchase: either one project of up to 3 rooms in the same home, or gift vouchers.
4. Projects must start before 28 February 2027. You book your Brief meeting straight after payment.
5. Black Friday gift vouchers: a $600, $800 or $900 voucher at 20% off ($480, $640 or $720). They follow the Gift Voucher terms below.
6. Not exchangeable for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offer, including the 3+ rooms discount.

4. Gift Vouchers

1. Vouchers are available in $600, $800 and $900 AUD.
2. The value can be used towards our Decorating & Styling service, or as a credit towards an in-person service (Full Service Specification or Turnkey, Sydney & NSW).
3. If the chosen service costs more than the voucher, the recipient pays the difference. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
4. Each voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
5. To redeem, book a free Discovery Call and give us your voucher code. Several vouchers can be combined. Each code can be used once.
6. Vouchers are sent by email as a PDF within 24 hours of purchase. For delivery before Christmas 2026, order by Tuesday 22 December, 12pm (AEDT).
7. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Lost vouchers can be re-sent: just email contact@clairevhinteriors.com.

5. Cancellations and refunds

1. Online purchases, including services and gift vouchers, are non-refundable for a change of mind.
2. If you change your mind before your Brief meeting, we will convert your purchase into a gift voucher for the amount paid, valid for 3 years. You can use it later or give it to someone else.
3. Once the design work has started, a purchase cannot be converted or refunded for a change of mind.
4. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is not right, please contact us first: we will always try to fix it.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
