Claire VH Interiors (ABN 88 575 006 525) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email, phone number and, for in-person projects, your address.
• Enquiries: the information you send us through our contact form, by email or through Instagram.
• Project information: your brief, questionnaire answers, measurements, floor plans and photos of your home that you share with us.
• Gift vouchers: the recipient’s name, email and your gift message.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment, but never your full card details.
• Website use: anonymous browsing data collected through cookies by our website analytics and the Meta pixel.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver your project and communicate with you about it.
• To process payments, issue gift vouchers and send confirmations.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
• With your permission only, to send you occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share what is needed with the services we use to run the studio:

• Stripe, for payments
• Calendly, for booking calls
• Webflow, which hosts our website and contact form
• Our email and file-storage providers
• Trades and suppliers involved in your project, for in-person services only, and with your agreement

Some of these providers (including Stripe, Webflow and Calendly) may store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States.

4. Photos of your home

We only publish photos of a completed project with your consent, and never your address or personal details.

5. How we protect it

We keep your information in secure, password-protected tools. We only keep it as long as needed for your project and our legal record-keeping obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@clairevhinteriors.com. If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
